HayMax allergen barrier balms are celebrating their crystal anniversary (15 years) this hay fever season. Launched in 2005, the brand, created in founder Max Wiseberg’s kitchen, has gone from strength to strength over the last 15 years. It is now available in five varieties, including a ‘Kids’ version.
HayMax has undergone two independent studies into its effectiveness at the National Pollen and Aerobiology Research Unit (NPARU), the UK’s leading authority on airborne allergens. The first in 2009, showed that HayMax traps significantly more pollen than an uncoated nostril, and traps all types of grass and tree pollen. The second, in 2012 showed that that HayMax traps over a third of pollen before it enters the body, in addition to dust mite allergens and pet dander.
It has now won over 40 awards from consumer and trade magazines and associations. The most recent is winner of Best Allergy Product in The Janey Loves 2019 Platinum Awards.
